I've heard great things about them but would like to learn more. I'm really intrigued by the new fortravel on the Prevost chassis with the rear sauna bathroom.

Yeah the one we’re looking at is the Spa Realm. I need that water therapy for my back surgery issues

RVing with Andrew Steele Andrew check out MHSRV.com in Texas. They have one. List was almost 2.9mil. I believe their discounted price was 1.8mil. There’s a ton of pictures on their website. Took them almost a year to sell. Looks like they have the flat floor slides like on Newmar. Has the feel of a Liberty floor plan. Lots of wasted space in the sauna in my opinion. Should have added another toilet in there.

Stan O Stan Thanks for reply, that’s who I’m dealing with on the Realm , Spa model coach. My wife is wanting to check out the Prevost, Sauna model before we make final decision on coach to purchase. Has been great experience so far at MHS, we actually live very close to location. Thinking buying through them can possibly lighten the New Coach hit.. at least some !!! I’ve always said I’d never be the one to take that New Coach hit, but looking like... I’m going to be “that guy” Never say Never... Right !!!

Hi Andrew, We just went to this resort for a weekend get away. We ended up going home a day early because the grounds are so bad with the picker/burs that you could not go behind your RV or off the pavement. Ours dogs had to be put in the jeep and drove to the dog area. No walking for them at all. The casino is always great, won a bunch. Won't ever go back to the RV park. I am sure we could find a better park in the area. Other guest said this problem is the parks down fall.

It has been over 2 years since I made this video, very sorry to hear your experience. Please let me know what other resorts you find. I grew up in that are and there's not much to choose from.

Hey Bruh nice place, but I think that there are a lot of nicer places in Scottsdale/Mesa/East Valley, for instance, Silveridge RV resort, in Mesa on Southern avenue. Keep the camera moves slower, and less erratic, makes for a more pleasant viewing experience. Like your channel.

Andrew, If you go beyond the fence line there is a good chance you could get attacked by a Jackalope!

Do you do any work at Mesa Spirit in Mesa naturally. We’ll be there for 2 weeks in February.

That a nicest RV park, peaceful and away from troublesome city. The rates is very high. $796.00 to $1,016.00 for 30 days.

Seen nicer is Palm Springs and Florida. Like sites which are pull thru, cement patios, table, BBQ, some more landscaping. Enjoy if they have many spas, pools, tennis etc. Not user of dog park, too many ants and dont want my dog to get dirty and bring in the doggy dust in to our unit. My ideal, dont need grass, but like alot of horticulture surrounding units, so when camping, dont have to look at other RV units. Noticed some RV Parks have side Casitas, which is more or less, side-yard covered patio, so we dont have to use our units awning.

Although this is a pretty nice park, I'm not sure if I agree that it's the "nicest" in the Phoenix area. I've seen nicer parks with more amenities in Apache Junction and Gold Canyon areas. This park is also owned by the Fort McDowell Casino, which is across the highway. Maybe you should also check out some of the Can-Am resorts in Mesa and AJ, then maybe your perception may change?
@RVingwithAndrewSteele4 жыл бұрын
The can am resorts are all full of park models and most are 55+ I would rather have nice views then the park models personally

Though I can't afford to stay there myself I think Palm Creek at Casa Grande, AZ is much nicer!

Kelvin Roots Yes! That is a Very nice resort. Much cheaper than the Palm Springs resorts. Andrew should do a feature on this resort.

Kelvin, Palm Creek can only do up to 23 feet in length. Too small for us .

If you are putting your name behind something you should be realistic. There are sooo may more places way nicer than thing in Arizona. You basically say I shouldn't follow you for good honest advice.
