Tom Ford is a designer house. Hence Fougere D’Argent is designer. They have clothes, fragrances, etc. They are not niche that do one thing such as fragrances. I can’t believe I have to keep telling this guy, he’s actually released his own fragrances and doesn’t even know what is what! It speaks to his lack of professionalism. As overdone as ATH fragrances are, at least ATH himself understands what makes niche (the house) vs designer.

I’m done with PDM they are yet another house that’s stopped performing, my Carlisle and Layton are absolute rubbish performers , you must have an old bottle of Carlisle for that to last so long , there are no excuses for these companies , take a look at ATH his perfumes always perform , large companies are now deliberately ripping us off and are being constantly hyped by you tubers , you should all be calling the industry out for lack of quality and over pricing.

Oud Maracuya is not for the faint of heart. Please fruity opening, and after about 20 minutes, nothing but very intense dry heavy oud. No idea where you'd actually wear it.

Omar please be careful using the transition sounds because it’s clipping the audio and my eardrums everytime I hear it. Balance the sound to the volume of your voice please or up your voice and put the other audio lower

Most of these you hear often, let me tell you some that you don’t hear often. Amouage “Opus XIV: Royal Tobacco” , Bortnikoff “Tabac Doré” , Nishane “Fan your Flames” , Orto Parisi “Terroni” or Nasomatto “Black Afgano” . In this list I can agree with Carlisle, GIT, Oud Maracuja and maybe Fougere D’Argent

Is it worth buying a 200ml of Dior Sauvage edt & YSL edp? I just love the scent profile of Sauvage edt, haven’t tried the edp but I look forward to it , as for the YSL y edp I just wanted it something that’s not par with Sauvage’s freshness that has a 200ml variant (that’s if I need it)

To answer your question from the video. I think what makes a niche perfume worth it has several factors. The first two factors to me are quality (very natural and smooth) and long lasting. Also, there has to be a unique factor to it. Xerjoff Uden is a perfect example. Rum and coffee in a citrus heavy fragrance for warmer weather. Its beautiful! Carlisle and uden are definitely ones i consider great niche frags. I need to get a sample of arabian oud signature. Omar, would you make a buying guide video for Arabian oud? Please and thank you.

Prada Paradoxe is very popular in Ireland for women at the moment. It smells very similar to Encelade. I’m looking forward to seeing how I go this winter with Encelade. I think there will be a lot of women noticing. It performs amazingly. It will fill my wardrobe and come into my room (doors shut) if I spray it on my clothes. I got similar performance from Oud Maracuja but I definitely think Encelade is a level further. 😅 it can fill a room in a pleasant ‘balmy’ way.

Aqua di parma oud is one of the best oud fragrances out there. Because it's so good and so unique!! Oud Maracuja is also good as well. Nice picks 👍

Jazz Club is utterly horrible, tried it in a mall and i just smelled like an ashtray for hours, I left those days back in the early 2000s

I don't disagree. It smelled exactly like an ashtray or B.O. on me. Interestingly, so did Cedrat Boise and Tony Iommi. Don't know what the commonalities are of the 3, but they all nearly gagged me, personally. But hey, to each his own.
