When I was a kid near us there wes a fire station so to keep fit they were playing football, they were playing on a small field with 5 against 5 players. But the game was so intensive, the kicks were so powerfull they told us to stay behind a fence for our security. If they needed an extra player they took only from the final classes the strongest. And when we were watching ... it was really dangerous. Imagine the same but instead for pleasuer, they play profesionally and millions of dollars are at stake, also they have spikes at the end of theiri shoes .... the videos does not show even the half of the tension that players feel for real.

Back when I was a kid those leather balls (Mikasa) were hard and playing barefoot was savage but with time and new tech now they feel pretty spft so hitting them with the head doesn't hurt. To do a bycicle kick effectively, you have to learn how to fall and trust me, you'll hurt yourself a couple of times while trying. Finally, Cristiano comes from a very humble background and his upbringing is very inspiring. His mom and dad (he passed away early in his life) did everything to help him achieve his dream but due to their lack of money, his mom even considered to abort him, it's hard but now he thanks her everyday for bringing him to this world. My suggestions for next videos are Roberto Carlos, David Beckham and the Joga Bonito series.
