I've been wondering for years after watching Bleach. Knowing Zangetsu, and his domineering attitude and crazy laughter, what kind of expression did he have when Ulquiorra killed Ichigo and he had to take his place. That scream and fury says it all, the famous rage moment, but whose rage was it? Ichigo's or Zangetsu's or both. But this explanation of double entendre of "I will protect you", from two perspectives for 2 persons, interlinked, is again powerful and .... nostalgic, it reminds me of my college days when I use to binge Bleach and Tokyo Ghoul. They'll always be close to my heart

I thought he was addressing ichigo as if to say "who are you, you're not human" but he's actually addressing White, the hollow inside ichigo. So I remember seeing a theory that his injuries aren’t what actually kills Ulquiora, but it’s that since his aspect of death is nothingness, and he was so curious as to what the heart was, that when he found his own version of it, that it almost shocked his very existence, essentially killing him, idk how true that is BUT it’s very sweet to know that in some way his time around Ichigo and Orahime somehow gave him an idea as to what the heart means to him. Orahime also saying she’s not Afraid of him is also quite shocking seeing as he probably is the scariest looking one having that Bat like demon look. I think realizing that even this girl who he had kidnapped and kept confined, doesn’t harbor any negative feelings for him really was eye opening for him. I love him so much he’s such a good antagonist

I think One Piece is the best out of the big 3, its been the most consistent quality wise. Naruto falls off after the Pain Arc and Fullbring/TYBW basically killed Bleach, it fell off the map until the TYBW anime adaptation

it varies alot btw the three. naruto has better Villans overall by a large margin, has waay better fights and emotional scenes that the rest imo and naruto is also the most consistent story wise,if it's the manga even thewar arc that people say had really bad acing goes much faster and is overall better. imo naruto dosen't really have any "bad arcs like the other two". better parallels too. bleach looks cooler, better art style than the rest, handles the female cast better than the rest ,better power system than the rest(naruto's is way more consistent) but bleach does it's powers cooler and better be like hax, transformations etc. has awesome foreshadowing(underrated in my opinion). and aizen. one piece has better world building,better side character development(not talking about mc's development cuz naruto and ichigo slap luffy out in regards to the mc's own character development). and of course the foreshadowing of oda is god tier, the themes that oda goes with are fascinating too the freedom aspect, loyalty etc. op also goes deep with it's character building giving screen time and backstory to every single guy which is both a plus and a minus(dressrosa is the ex for minus). all in all my pick is naruto. but bleach and op aren't that far from the 1 st place.

Bleach imo is easily the best of the big 3 because it utilizes like 85% of the entire casts, exploring most of the characters, and each if them has their own moments, and Kubo doesn't always rely on flashbacks to make his characters likeable, he uses the interactions of each characters as an opportunity for the viewers/readers to delve more into the characters, which is effective and unique for a shonen animanga. The OST as well is just diverse and the best out of the big 3, you can literally play Bleach OSTs in the gym without looking like a nerd or a weeb, while Naruto and OP osts as much as I like some of them, they're just sticking to the "anime vibes" it gives off
