One of the dumbest things about the game is that the option to turn off licensed music, literally just does that and theres no replacement music lol so you gotta just play the game in near-silence

Mike you shouldn't have to cut out actual fruit, fruit juice yes. And make sure you are eating [healthy] meals throughout the days, if you are skipping meals your body will slow down its fat loss as a survival mechanism.
