I'm 25 and I feel like an old man watching this stuff. And good God, do the memories come flooding back of my 4th grade days.

Back when Nick was good! I agree with Jenny, I think it went downhill around '03. When they quit rerunning alot of the 90s nicktoons that had already been cancelled years earlier.

i remember being a little kid and just watching these commercials on my weekend when i didn't go out and played with my friends....sigh...its pretty sad i remember always getting annoyed with seeing these commercials butting into my shows but seeing them again actually makes me smile

Born in '83, I was 12 in 1995. I remember 1992-1997 TV more vividly than 1985-1990 TV thanks to Nickelodeon's glowing radioactive colors. Those were the years I stopped playing outside.

Gosh these really were the good old days of tv. I loved those big help commercials. I'm 25 and can barely stand any of the shows on tv. Why do things have to change?

I was born in 1991 and even though I was 4 when these aired I totally remember bits and pieces of this. Its crazy what can be sparked back into memory. Thank God for KZbin.

Wow, this brings back a LOT of memories from the late 90s. We got Satellite TV installed in the fall of 1995, and Nickelodeon was one of the channels I watched.

This makes me miss my childhood! I always wanted to be on the super-toy run and used to have this master plan of exactly what I would get if I was picked hahaha. And I really wanted 1313 Dead End Drive! That game always looked awesome, especially around Halloween when Nick did their Nick Or Treat contests haha... Thanks for posting this!

Talking about a blast from the past. Nostalgia glasses and the actual cool nickelodeon shows aside, it's really interesting to rewatch these commercials as an adult and experience them for the shitty manipulative tools they truly are.

Those were the days, man. Those were the days. I would do anything to go back to them.

Nothing beats 1990's and late 1980's tv shows. This was the pinnacle of entertainment for kids, the stuff on TV nowdays blows

this is our childhood, just like how our folks grew up with shows that are on TV Land, including Bonanza, Leave it to Beaver, I Love Lucy, etc. Nickelodeon back in the 1980s and 1990s was the best and from the year 2000 onward, it brought disappointment.

I remember watching Nickelodeon so much between 8-12, thinking wow I'm ready to take on middle school & high school drama but instead the real world wasn't anything like pre-teen or teenager Nick drama's. The real world sucked so much nards (lol) that I couldn't wait to go home and indulge myself in Nickelodeon pre-teen and teenage worlds.
@calculatoroy1915 жыл бұрын
oh my........ I haven't thought of Grape Escape in over 10 years. I don't remember the commerical but I owned the game soooooo long ago. i want to play it again

Yikes. I don't know what was worse, the late 80's or the early-mid 90's. The "Big Help" song was cringe-worthy. But this block of ads brings back so many memories.

@88horrorfan I completely agree! I loved all those shows and I miss the creativity and weirdness of it all. I loved to watch spongebob when it first came out, but after the 4th season it got bad and did not have the same humour (that appealed to children and adults) or good stories as before.
