That’s Frank Shamrock. Ken and Nick would never have been in the same weight class, or in the ring at the same time being as Ken is way older than Nick. Noted that the UFC was in its early stages at the time Ken Shamrock was fighting and there weren’t even weight classes

You can tell Nick Diaz is one of those fighters that people think ill beat him those punches are nothing but in the cage in front of him they soon realise it's a whole other story he's relentless. Constant pressure shots constantly upsetting your breathing and rhythm take him down he's even harder on the ground crazy flexible exelent submissions and great at scrambling

Nicks cardio was next level. That's why him and his brother were so good... most of the punches, kicks, elbows, Etc they wouldn't really put Power into them but they would throw so many at you until you got tired out! Thats when they start throwing the power punches or get a takedown. These guys had a full tank crazy good cardio
