Nick Frost Shares His Love Letter To Food With A New Recipe Book | This Morning

We know him best as a comedy star from the likes of ‘Spaced’, ‘Shaun of the Dead’ and ‘Hot Fuzz.’ But as well as being a self-taught actor, Nick Frost is a self-taught cook - now with a recipe book to his name! Foodie memoir, ‘A Slice of Fried Gold’ is recipes woven with stories from Nick’s life, including the years spent working in a restaurant, the very place he met his best friend, Simon Pegg. Nick joins us to share his love letter to food and the story behind his traumatic hatred for custard.
