Rell killed the battle and should have won easily. Anybody who thinks otherwise needs to youtube and watch Rell Jerv hustle and listen to some of the songs he made. This panel speaking before the auidence votes plays a big part into who the crowd chooses so in the end thats why Rell lost. I was a big fan of the show but to see artist get cheated like that to some mixtape rap fly by night is a joke. Rell has the better spit game, swag, and hustle to his game.

In my opinion, you have to have great and better vocals as a rapper first before the next stage in developing yourself as an artist. That's why Nick won in that battle, he was just a better rapper. Vocals always come first, then you can add your own uniqueness to it.
