Misses Smith Agreed. They admire each other as artists. They've been friends for years & work together on so much music & projects still to this day. This isn't anything new. He's stood by her through it all & they've remained friends throughout the years. Its isn't like he is just reaching out now that he has an album coming out. Why does it matter so much to people to know exactly what or who songs are about? A relationship doesn't have to be romantic or sexual, it can also be between two friends. Nick said in an interview that it's about their friendship and how it was on the verge of breaking down (when Demi was going through her darkest times).
