Well, since the beginning the couldn't be together, it will be awkward dating you bff's ex in demi's case, or you brother's ex in nick's case, but they were really cute, I think they actually felt something for each other, the had a long friendship and all, but now nick is married, demi is in a new love relationship (and I hope it works this time, don't wanna see her heart broken again) and they are not like friends anymore (sadly) but yeah, even if they really wanted to date they couldn't, it would have been really f*cked up.
