This footage was found during the end credits of Little Bear. A patron's child at the Universal Orlando hotel was asked a question by local news outlets about this incident, and he said, "My little sister was just watching Nick Jr, and all of the sudden I heard screaming. I ran into the room to find my sister dead on the floor, and beside her was a taco shell filled with organs."

IF ON THE NEWS: Pirate broadcasting has struck Nickelodeon again, this time in the Nick Jr preschool block. It happened at the end of Little Bear where the Nick Jr logo was disrupted, while the Nick figure says a message while transforming into a grotesque monster, “Tell me, what is stronger than the human heart, which shaders over and over, and still lives without reason? Who is the figure on the screen, the end of all things, the sound of decaying flesh and your DOOM!” Screaming was heard midway through the message, and then we fade into the Jr figure worried. Fading behind him is the same red figure from the New Years Eve pirate broadcast, meaning that the same pirate from 97 has struck again. It says the word me and then laughs and does something to the Jr figure before technicians pulled the plug. Preschool teacher: My children were crying because of it. I had to turn the TV off. However, this isn’t all. We got some evidence where the pirate is broadcasting and it’s possibly a serial killer. Someone had their child killed at the Universal Orlando hotel. This person prefers to stay anonymous but did say this to us: "My little sister was just watching Nick Jr, and all of the sudden I heard screaming. I ran into the room to find my sister dead on the floor, and beside her was a taco shell filled with organs." This implies that the pirate is at the Universal Orlando hotel and is also a serial killer. An investigation is now underway, as with the information gathered will know whose the video pirate, also a possible serial killer. The person caught will receive 20 years in prison, and a fine of $100 million, if both. If either it will be half of what is ordered for the person or people getting caught. This is (???) CBS News.

(Based on Dorothy's comment in V1) Lost Media Wiki has now found two versions of it, one scrapped, and one used for the hijacking. They also found the technically lost Nick Jr Block from the 1980s. The Third version is yet to be revealed. They also founded the news about it in CBS. They yet to know what happened to the Nick Jr 1980s Block, but thanks to the CBS News they found, a lot of theories pop up explaining that the Hijacking caused the Nick Jr 1980s Block to shut down. "Since then, Nickelodeon hasn't made something for Preschoolers due to the hijack" said a person who works on Nickelodeon before it's studio shutdown said.
