they're both so strong to be able to smile thru the pain in little moments. You could seriously see the tears in nicks' eyes at 2:48 when Eden takes her shirt off. I also love how you showed the scenes of both of them saying they didn't have a choice because now Nick is getting a taste of what June has been going thru. OMG when Nick told June he loves her, my heart just wanted to cry for them. You can feel how much Nick wants her at 1:35. They're beautiful, tragic and both are so courageous. Nick risked his life trying to get June out, they truly are soulmates. Ugh I want them to have a happy ending and hopefully they do!

Hermione Granger While I get what you mean the sigh from Nick in 1:35 is showing a bit more than just how much he wants her cos to me wanting someone is sexual nothing else. Putting it into context Commander Waterford wants June but he doesn't care about June he just fancies her. No that sigh from Nick is showing how much he loves June, you can hear his tears in that sigh and watch the way he keeps swallowing as he's trying not to break down, it's showing the hopelessness of their situation and finally it's also showing that however much he loves June they can't be together first of all as a couple but now as a typical, boring American family with their baby girl cos Nick belongs to Gilead, June belongs to Gilead and so does the daughter of the person he loves more than anyone in the world and that daughter also belongs to the Waterford's. 💔😢

And after the newest episode which kind of felt like the end of their relationship, I'm going to hold on to this even stronger. @@DeeDiamond2981 You do realise that if he's directing you won't get to see him. I've just watched an interview with him, admittedly from 2017, and he was asked if he wanted to direct an episode in The Handmaid's Tale and he said at the time no he didn't he prefers directing something that he's created himself. But what he also said was that he wanted to do more directing in the future as he feels more comfortable behind the camera than in front of it and what he also said was in his acting capacity he preferred to do films that were slightly less "box office" because he feels uncomfortable in the limelight. So reading between the lines plus the rumours about what will happen with Max Minghella at the end of Season 4, I think he'll leave of his own accord because the other thing he did say was being in a TV series restricted his time to be able to do other projects and remember at that time this interview was just after Season 1 had finished so imagine how "trapped" he must feel now plus the increase in his celebrity status which I gather from watching that interview, is the last thing he wants! I might also add that Hulu has been asked more than once whether he's coming back for Season 5 and they've always refused to confirm or deny it and what's also interesting is they've not been asked about the return of any other cast member just Max Minghella (Nick!!)

Fantastic as usual Irina! i love this song by ruelle and often thought it would be so great for them! Another great tune is Sarah mclachlans, 'possession' the piano version. Just fab lyrically for their scenes, I had mentioned it as a great song on someone elses channel, and they used it, but I think the way you edit clips together is definitely the best I've seen, in terms of building their story and the constant conflict of emotions, so I know you would do the best job with the song, if you decided to use it of course! Anyways, we are only on episode six here in the Uk and I am getting more and more worried for these too!

Given that they announced a third season I think that she will give birth (she won't get killed right away because she still has to breastfeed the child like Janine did) and that they will only get out towards the end of the next season....we'll that's my best case scenario...
