I before and after squash make a drink of 1 x handful parsley 1 x knob of ginger 1/2 handful salvia mint 1/2 handful salvia lemon 1/2 handful salvia basil 1x whole lemon Blend the whole lot up with half liter of water then pour out say half a schooner glass and top remainder up with water. Best drink ever great power. Great recovery elixir. Although that amount gives more then two drinks amount and my squash level still highest club levels after 25yrs playing and now mid 40s that green drink as I call it does sensational things health and energy wise. I can see why they would be vegoes.

So awesome to see The General back on court. Matthew never really appealed to me, Wilstop was always the more accessible and better player to watch, but so good to see both of them on court again in general and contributing to the sport after their pro careers draw to a close..
