Resiliance and patience has been my biggest life's lessons. Like you, i've had staff show immense amounts of loyalty only to walk away not too long after and a big change of tune, despite the support and training offered for their career development...It's a tough gig, and a gamble being a coach and taking on staff...and also managing client mindset battles...

You hear a lot about UP, and of Nick in the industry. Some things I'd agree with on a professional sense and some not, but that's just personal preference. What I will say is that the ENTIRE video is bang on. I always give 100% loyalty and trust until it's broken, and so far this has bitten me in the arse 5/6 times. PTs today do think they're the next phenomenon. They do think they're a cut above, and will quite literally sell their own family out to get ahead. I'd like to think the long game will pay off, but as Nick says you've got to be resilient. I think that's probably the number one characteristic to have in this game. Take the hits, smile and keep on trucking. Thanks for sharing.

It's interesting to see someone very successful push back against Gary Vee. I'm really interested to hear what you think of him or his phylosophy, espceially compared to yours.
