More along the lines of "funds must be used for x, y or z only or money will be cut off" or some such. I don't think it would be forever tho, unless his parents stipulated circumstances where the money would be donated to somewhere or given to another person. Otherwise it'd kinda just sit there, with no one being able to legally touch it, and it'd go to waste. The question here is "how much did his parents trust him?". Because if they were sure they could trust him, there wouldn't be many stipulations on how to use the money, or at least none that cover this so he wouldn't be cut off. If they had any inkling they might not (or at least a good lawyer who pushed them to think about the possibility of him abusing the money) then "getting charged with a crime" may fall under one of those stipulations...but then he may be able to gain access to it again by following certain steps. I hope he blabs about it, now you've got me interested in this lol.

Considering Nick's dramatic change in public personality between 2018 and now, even if things get better in the life of him, Kayla and family, and even if he softens back to what he once was, I will neither watch his show, nor like him nor trust him anymore, and neither will most of his supporters and ex-supporters. His blithe arrogance, narcissism and unrepentant boldness in this situation are sickening, especially since he is so willing to freely offer opinion and commentary on all of these legal and familial matters.
