First Things First, I gave it a thumbs up because when it mattered he got it done. Nick I am 37 years old I’ve been watching the Chiefs religiously since I was seven I was in tears when we got Joe Montana I thought Trent Greene was going to take us there on his 13-3 season I think in 06. I consider myself a man’s man and last night I truly had to fight back my emotions I was thinking about when I was a kid to now and I got a little choked up I’m still not even 100% sure that it’s set in yet and that I truly am grasping it. Go Chiefs!

Of course they can, the question is will they. There are only a handful of elite quarterbacks in the NFL at a given time, and the teams that have one are usually contending every year. But even with a Tom Brady, the most prolific SB winner of all time, a team will still only win a Super Bowl in a minority of its seasons with him. The Pats won 6 SBs in 20 seasons with TB. The Colts only won 1 SB with Peyton Manning. The Dolphins won 0 with Dan Marino. But as long as the Chiefs have Mahomes and he's healthy and on top of his game, they have a shot.
