Yeah, and one the biggest one is that we live on a "ball" spinning a thousand miles an hour!! Yeah right, that is not true, naturally we would be flung off the planet!! Why is it so hard to understand that we live on a flat earth!! The Bible is clear about this! The Earth is fixed, established, the Earth has a foundation! It sits on pillars and it also talks about how it has four corners!! It is not a figurative language (open that mind people have common sense!!) It is also crystal clear how the Earth has a firmament!! It talks about it in the very beginning of the Bible in Genesis and throughout the Psalms!! Look it up for yourselves and ask God for Wisdom - I truly get sad when people believe this ball that hovers and spins around in a ridiculous amount of speed, like seriously!? I am not convinced and neither should you (Francis or anyone else) that is a lie from the pits of Sheol! Seriously, we need to stop listening to what NASA has to say, they all work to deceive the masses just like our very own government! Aliens!?! Really? C'mon, man, they are DEMONIC BEINGS (the fallen angels) Yet, the majority of people plus the BELIEVERS believe these deceptions, all the while, they sit, laughing and saying, "haha, dumb asses!"

The biggest lie = false hope. False hope = when millions upon millions and now billions disappear in the rapture. False hope is a tool the devil is counting on. After the rapture of the FEW and the lukewarm left behind, they will show true nature as The Restrainer is taken out and the pestilence comes down. Once the Holy Spirit is gone and false hope crushed MANY of these lukewarm will go the way of the world and give up many just to eat. I don't know when our prayers wont be heard but I assume it's after the The Holy Spirit is gone. ALL have had numerous chances with a relationship with Father and Brother. If you DON'T have a relationship with Jesus then your eternal destination will be the lake of fire. Matthew 7:14 “Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” By choice MANY of you will hear this. Matthew 7:23 “And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”

I’ve noticed this so much when watching online sermons from different pastors. The resounding comments are thank God for this pastor or that pastor instead of thanking God for who He is. I mean I appreciate the vessels of truth and for their role but it’s mostly about praise for the preacher. Especially the ones who are now with Lord. I see comments that are directed to the pastor themselves when they are long gone, like they are literally addressing a dead man in the comments.

That's me... I take notes and go home to my biblical translation and Bible handbook. I raise my hand in the lady's Bible study and ask questions because I don't know. I used to feel embarrassed because other women didn't ask questions. I would write on my notebook "be quite" but I couldn't help it. Why go and not ask questions. Research is another opportunity for me to open my Bible. It serves no good purpose to sit there and act like I know or understand what they are saying when I don't.

LOVE THE MESSAGE ❤ Just wish there was no music in the background 😕 God's Word & the preaching/teaching of it is enough. New Age frequency music should NOT be used by Christians, especially during the preaching/teaching of God's Word. Let God's Holy Spirit work. Let the music be before or after God's Word, not during. Too many Ministries use music to manipulate people's emotions during a service. Music should be worship to the Lord.

We can’t depend on men, on friends, on family , our husbands, Jesus is our Lord. We need Him. He will never leave us. He will guide us to Al truth through the Holy Spirit. He will guide us to holiness. We have to seek Him in the secret place and spend time with Him loving Him and meditating on his Word in His precence, praising Him in Spirit and in truth. Praise the Lord for pastors who love the sheep and teach them truth so they are not deceived. “ Thank you. The truth shall set us free. God is love but He is also consuming fire.

Now also my brother during my 48 yrs of serving God how Ge wants me to be and do , one thing is to be careful in how to address His people when sharing His Word to them. Remember what Jesus asked the phrases let he who Never sinned cast the first stone. So its important that we being Christ example let people know what is Gods Will for us and what us not. But theres a proper way in doing that amen. Andrew one of your broghers and servant to all akways giving Hid the Glory.

I have the greatest respect and admiration for Francis. He has taught me so much over the years. I am a bit confused. I read, when I study the Hebrew, that God cursed the snake, but not Adam and Eve. I'm confused since you said that God cursed Adam and Eve. Bless you, Francis...

Vernekelly9356 I love that you're reading God's word and especially Genesis. So many questions are answered in Genesis. And you're correct, God did not curse Adam and Eve. I'm gonna give you a link that you can look at a more detailed answer. But in a nutshell, it was because they were so precious because the savior of the world was going to come through them. When God curses something, it's not how we look at it, it's separation from him. Do you remember the story about Balaam and how it was said that he could not curse something that God did not curse so he could not curse the nation of Israel. The promised seed was going to come from that nation.I hope you look up the link. But the best way that I can explain It is if Adam and Eve were cursed, then their entire lineage would be cursed. Jesus couldn't come from a curse lineage. Although Jesus became a curse, he became our Sin 4 us. That's just huge, isn't it? In any event, I am not a scholar and don't know I w if I believe everything in this link. But I believe what it says about not cursing Adam and Eve. I will promise you that if you ask God ,He will tell you the answer. www.onefaithonechurch.com/curses/

I used to listen to one megachurch preacher. It took a long time before I started to notice small errors. They didn't seem important at first. Gradually I came to understand that those small errors were part of an entire wrong basic theology. Constantly asking for money and tithes was my first clue. I had to do an indepth study of tithing to see he was lying. Then I noticed he was saying we were all gods. Not obviously but subtly.

Pastors counsel you, mentor, preach, make sure the church is running ( electricity, rent, etc.) bring couples together on wedding day. They pray for you, fast for you, teach you, leave their family members just to bring the news to you. Yet, only 10% of the members leaves their tithes. Others don't care. The reason you type this is because you think they are worth nothing.. no, they deserve so much more that we give. The world extort you and enslave you yet they don't care about you. You give so much more to the world.

If you are talking about Calvinism, I don’t believe that. Jesus died that anyone (whosoever) believes in him is saved. He didn’t pick a few super elites and the rest are damned. But does he know who will believe and who won’t? I believe that God has access to multiple timelines where He is. So if he chooses to look, yes, He knows. But maybe, He does not always choose to look. I think that is a mystery.

Jesus on donkey instead of golden chariot shows true humility. Jesus commanded followers to deny themselves, to go for a simple and humble lifestyle. Don't justify pride and indulgence unless you want to imitate Solomon instead of Jesus. Do you think you are already humble enough so there's no need to imitate Jesus?

Christianity is a textual claim about the veracity of the Bible. Consider what this amounts to: Bible scholars agree that the first gospels were written decades after the life of Jesus. Decades. And of course, you don’t have the original manuscripts. We have copies of copies of copies of ancient Greek manuscripts which have thousands of discrepancies between them, many of which show signs of later interpolation, which is to say that people added passages that then became part of the cannon. There are whole books of the canon, like the book of Revelations, which for hundreds of years were not included because they were deemed false gospel. There are other whole books, like the Shepherd of Hermas, which you probably haven’t heard of, but for centuries it was considered part of the canon, and then was later considered as false gospel. Generations of Christians lived and died being guided by gospel that is now deemed both incomplete and mistaken. Think about that. But this process of cobbling together the supposed authority of the work of God is a very precarious basis to assert the claims of Christianity. But the truth is, even if we had multiple contemporaneous claims of the miracles of Jesus this would not be good enough. Because miracle stories abound even in the twenty-first century. The south Indian guru Sathya Sai Baba ascribes all the miracles of Jesus to himself. He reads minds, he foretells the future, he raises the dead, he was born of a virgin. Sathya Sai Baba is not a fringed figure, you may have not heard of him but they had a birthday party for him a few years ago and a million people showed up. There are vast numbers of people who think he’s a living God. So Christianity is predicated on the claim that miracle stories, exactly of the kind that today surrounds a person like Sathya Sai Baba, become especially credible when you place them in the pre-scientific religious context of the 1st century Roman Empire, decades after their supposed occurrence, as attested to by copies of copies of copies of ancient Greek and largely discrepant manuscripts. To love the Lord your God IS to obey His commands. Love is a verb - an action, not a feeling. John 14:21 Whoever has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him." 14:23 Jesus replied, "If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word. My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him. 15:10 If you keep My commandments, you will remain in My love, just as I have kept My Father's commandments and remain in His love. 1 John 5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome, 2 John 1:6 And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the very commandment you have heard from the beginning, that you must walk in love

The problem is the Bible is a very complex book and subject to many interpretations in many places. Some people study the Bible their entire lives and end up with different understandings than they had years earlier. Where does that leave us? I don't know, but it's not as easy as hearing a sermon and going home and trying to verify it. Neither does just reading through the Bible guarantee understanding in any cohesive, coherent way. In my experience churches do little to train people in how to study and interpret the scriptures.
@simplydee4522

@MrMurfle Very true. Things become complex depending on the church one attends. The Christian community (churches) don't agree on the Bible, resulting in some branching out to teach their own doctrine.

Different doctrines, and different interpretations come from different levels of understanding we need to grow up in our faith. Some people just want to camp out with a certain revelation and say that’s all there is.
