Dudes with this body constitution have a good resources to become ripped unlike us, skinny boys, because you already massive-just train a little bit and you become big and strong! I dont think that every fat guy have a health issues that don't allow him to training. If you have a good diet and have possibility to eat plentifully, it mean that you have advantage in training, not a disadvantage as people use to think. There was a many examples when a fat guy transformed in a strong athlete. I think main reason for this people to be unathletic is laziness
