Was so excited to see that you guys reacted to this movie. I think is one of, if not the best work by Dreamworks. I think the third movie will piss y'all off, but I'll totally watch your reaction if you finish the trilogy. Anyways, loved your reaction. Y'all had me sitting in suspense from the first comment Nick made about Valka having death flags cuz I knew it was gonna make Stoic's death even rougher.

One of the reasons toothless is so cute and playful is because Toothless's movements and body outline were based on one of the artist's cat. So if you watch the movies and think of a cat you can see his movements being cat like. Hope this makes sense. ☺️

Astrid and Hiccup haven’t really been together since the last film. Throughout the two tv series we saw their relationship develop from friends to betrothals. The first show is sat right after the first film and has two seasons. They are not dating during the show but they do kiss a couple of times. The second show is sat a few years later when the main characters are around 18. The show has six seasons. I have heard from others that they think Hiccup and Astrid’s relationship had no development because they only watched the films, but their entire relationship gets developed during the shows. I really like the show, the animation is a bit lower in quality, but that is normal for most animated shows that follows a film franchise. A lot of the original voice actors also voice the characters in the shows. I mostly love the shows because I get to see more of the relationship between all the characters without too much serious life and death scenarios, and you know the characters will survive because the second and third film is after the shows. It is especially great to see more of Stoick and Hiccup relationship. And we meet great characters like Dagger, who we don’t meet in the films. You also get to see how Stoick gets his dragon. Would recommend the show just for you to watch during your own time, you don’t have to watch it for the channel.

I think that this movie is kind of weird. A mother who is alive and chose to live far away from civilization and just leave her son back at home. And her reason is not reasonable enough. And a villain, who want to kill all dragons just because of his arm?

I GASPED SO HARD! I accidentally choked on air 😂 This is my favorite of the three movies 🥹❤️‍🩹 I remember everyone started thirsting over Hiccup cause he had a major glow up. And the two animated tv series explain in depth and showed us the time has passed and developed deep to explain the gap between the first and second movie. Everything about the OG franchise was done so well: the movie, the series, the holiday shorts, the merch, etc.
