its crazy how you guys said that bella was manipulating jacob in the kiss scene, but it was actually the opposite. jacob was saying all that this to bella, that he was going to the war and kill something, or maybe just get kill, just for her saying what he wanted, that it was the kiss

She _was_ manipulating him. It was in order to save his life, because he was immature and manipulative when he said he would leave if she didn't like him. They didn't mean it in a bad way, it's literally what happened.
