I often tell people to go to Little Saigon in Westminster or any of the Vietnamese restaurants in Anaheim instead of eating at Disneyland for dinner if they have the time lol. The skewers at Bengal BBQ is one of my favorite things to eat when I visit. And yes, the sauce for the beef ones are very heavy on the pepper, but trust me, without it, it gets really salty due to the large amount of soy sauce they use as the base.
