It sounds like you don't know much about nutrition, or eating disorders. Nick chooses to have one full blown cheat meal, and eats clean during the week. Most average people eat a little bit of "junk food" every day as part of their normal diet, and maybe go out to dinner on the weekend, and have some drinks. It's not that different probably as far as weekly overall calories "my friend"
