Note: the first part of this is a quasi-non-technical discussion about some aspects of waves in trumpets. I conclude with a discussion about my understanding of how this impacts MY thought on why I like the horns I play. You could take the same information and arrive at a totally different conclusion, based on your needs physically and musically. That is totally fine and to be expected.
