皆さんのコメどおりハラグチサンのベ－スのドライブ感は垂涎でしたが、バンドの演奏そのものが次元を超えていて本当にヤバイ!! 毎日、ヘビロテでネモフィラを観て聴いている内に葉月のソロラインや音色、プレイスタイルに嵌ってしまい、今じゃアイドル化しています。とは云っても、どのプレイヤ－も素晴らしくて、本当にライブが観たく、交通費を払って飛行機に乗っても観に行くつもりです。こんな思いにしてくれた十数年振りのバンドです(^^♪

I hear ya Doc. Can't stand Nickelback or Linkin Park, but I like both of Nemophila's covers of their songs. Am I what they call a fanboy when a band can make me like songs by bands I hate? Haraguchisan is a hell of a bass player!

@@overtheedge4711 a fanboy? no, sometimes some great musicians can improve a song - see Hendrix with "All along the watchtower", and saying it is not being a Jimi fanboy 😉 . About Haraguchi-san, she's the only one I haven't heard of previously ... and yes she's impressive, a tone to die for and all fingerstyle, even on very fast songs. And a lovely lady too.

@@realdocloco Thanks, I needed that, I was starting to worry a little!! But yeah, Haraguchi-san has an amazing tone, I never really caught it that much until this song .But you have to figure, Saki is not going to be in a band with slouches. But I can't seem to find much of anything about Holderlins, her previous band, except a few videos. They have one from September of this year that has a new bassist and it is pure J-pop. A few of their older songs are passable hard rock. I think the big surprise for me was Maya (as Sindy--for whatever reason) with Lipstick, there are a couple live videos of them that flat out rock!

I'm not sure if she meant it, but the "Back To The Future" shirt could be a reference to the birthplace of Michael J. Fox -- Edmonton, Canada -- which was also where Nickelback formed as a band (yeah, I know Wikipedia says "Hanna", but it was Edmonton...) In fact it was while working at a Starbucks on Jasper Avenue in Edmonton that Chad Kroeger got the name "Nickelback", from the change he gave to customers.
