So sorry to hear your pain. I lost so much of myself when my first wife cheated on me and left with my 3 year old son to be with another man. It hurt so bad and I was sure I'd never get over it. But, years later I found THE ONE. It does happen. You are right to be cautious and feel burned twice too many times. But, never give up. Find someone who can help you heal by being there for you, but always....always...keep something back for yourself. Other people don't define you. The love you express for your daughter says so much about your heart. Give again, and find "The One." He's out there somewhere jojo!

My heart has been broken and shattered once again after finding out that my partner of almost 6 years has been cheating with his ex . Even while I was away in a different province caring for my beautiful daughter who has been battling cancer. She wanted her mama there so I was away for over a year. Every night I spoke with him over the phone and he’s sleeping with his ex while I’m trying so hard to stay strong and be there for my daughter. Sad part is, I still love him but I can’t go back because my ex-husband of 22 years also cheated so I’m giving up on love Thank you Chad for this beautiful song ❤
