I mean if you don't care for their musical style you can at least appreciate that they have raw talent - I mean he uses no autotune EVER. those of us who still listen to Nickleback have broken the cycle. its to mainstream to hate them, but actually really enjoying their music, that is to unheard of these days. and this song especially, this is something that needs to be recognized as a piece of art. anyone who knows someone on the edge of a cliff and are about to leap off, forward this to them quickly, before its to late. it doesn't matter if they hate Nickleback, make them listen to it. this song spreads one of the most powerful messages i have ever heard in a song, the message being that life will get better, so just keep trying to fight for it. don't let the darkness take you over. whether you think it, or notice it or not, there is someone out there who really cares about what happens to you. please, just look for them and talk to them.

When I was a teenager, I had thought of ending my life because of the trouble my autism caused me. Although the song wasn't written at that time, I am glad it was written now.
