From my research, this was the November 7th episode. I first looked to October, since wikipedia indicates the music video premiered then...but false lead. The line-up with Hey Arnold (pre-SNICK), Angry Beavers, and All That with Animorphs at 930 pushed me into november. The Nickstory website with schedules showed that the ALL That premiered the Salt-N-Pepa episode that night. Mya/Blackstreet indicated that the episode of All that was new and the end credit clips show that episode's screen shots (confirmed by watching the episode itself). Thanks for the upload! Wish I could see the entire block!
