Cyan Opus it says you can write your opinion (for the program or something) to them (to Düsseldorf at that time). And their broadcast time was from 6am to 8pm. Hope, I could help. ✌️

That was called "Timesharing" in Germany. Cable stations only served certain on-air time to smaller channels or stations as timeslot that two different channels could send on one cable channel. This cable comapny had a very bad timing because nickelodeon was there only to see when they didn't were airing any program, only this info card you can see. (Nick did not had a 24/7 TV-schedule back in the day here). Kinderkanal was the newly born "baby" of the public broadcasters here and also a reason why Nickelodeon was only 3 years in germany in the 90's. This cable stations basically prefered the Kinderkanal more than Nickelodeon and switched off Nickelodeon when they just started their daily regular schedule. Viacom got f*cked but they tried it again in 2005 with sucess to introduce the brand nicelodeon to the german audience.
