Our people sometimes think they can just run things the way they want. Business models exist for a reason and the more successful people use and follow them to some degree. I went into a black-owned salon, and 3 chairs were empty, but nobody could take me. Walk into a non-black-owned salon, and all chairs were full, but they still fit me in. little things like that get around, and word of mouth is how places get patrons most times. We do have to give the people something to support.
