I think she missed out a key point when describing Nicki's personality, just going my the emotion displayed by Nicki, the body language and the whole vibe around what she said and how she said it. the missing word here is 'sensitivity'. I think Nicki was truly upset that the whole feud even began in the first place. I think we all can understand the stress of entering a space with a positive mindset only to have your efforts belittle and your very presence made to feel like something that is unwanted for now reason.
