Why am I literally so obsessed with watching everything this woman does?😭 I just keep watching her interviews. She’s just one of those ppl who you can rly listen to talk forever, like I love to hear her pov of things. My only issue is people discredit Nicki's rap roots just because she sings and does Pop and R&B. Nicki came in the game saying she's gonna rap, sing and do whatever else she wants. She's legit listed online as a rapper, singer and songwriter, so what did y'all expect? We should be celebrating a black woman who knows how to rap, sing and write. Not many female MCs can do that and actually sound good. Every other female MC tried doing what Nicki's currently doing and they didn't succeed like Nicki did, cause she's good at it due to amazing versatility. Period. She can kill you with Barbie Dreams, make you dutty wine with Coco Chanel, make you cry with Come See About Me, make you feel like a bad bitch with Rich Sex and can make you feel badass with Hard White or sensual with Ganja Burn. Nicki's versatility is amazing. I've never gotten that same sense of multifaceted skill from another female MC prior to Nicki Minaj.

I’m big on lyrics, raw hip-hop, and growth in ur craft. That said, Queen was my favorite album of Nicki’s so far. Because of all the hate, the album didn’t get the recognition it deserved. My favorite by far was “Coco Chanel” feat Foxy Brown! To have the Trinidadian🇹🇹Queens together on a track was like a dream come true for me! I’ve ALWAYS said Nicki’s riot sound was heavily influenced by Foxy Brown. Why people say Lil Kim is beyond me. Her style was like Kim, but Nicki perfected it and made it her own and better. Now, Nicki’s sound was heavily influenced by Foxy. Besides “Coco Chanel”...Wow...I love “Sir”, “Barbie Dreams” (She really represented that classic well), “Rich Sex”, “Chun Li”, “LLC”,...I just listen to the whole album over and over again! As a Hip Hop Head, THIS was her best album!
