To this day, this scene is considered one of the most realistic shootouts in Hollywood Cinema.

SoCal Urbex Agreed.. Michael Mann did a great job on this one. I think this scene along with the shootout in the Kevin Costner movie Open Range hold the top spots in that category.

HEAT was such an amazing movie with an incredible cast!!! The scene with Robert Deniro and Al Pacino in the restaurant was classic and my favorite scene in the movie!!! Great job as always Nick!!! :)

J&M Explorations Yes, very well made! That scene is as classic as it gets!! This movie consists of so many great parts. I really like the “Slick” scene a lot because so many big things in life are the result of something that began so small and at the right time. Also, the stake out scene when Robert DeNiro knows they are being watched during the robbery. .. ha so great. Thanks a lot!! Hope all is still well!

Amazing Mann was able to film the shooting scene with pretty much blanks and captured the real authentic sounds unadulterated.

I never knew that the Bob's Big Boy in Burbank was where Neil McCauly recruited Breedan to be the new wheel man for their bank heist. Now I'll think of Heat the next time I go to that Bob's, which by the way has the best hot fudge cakes ever. They are so good eating one is better than....🤪 Great job on putting this one together and explaining where these famous scenes were filmed. Nick you're videos are absolutely fascinating. That is because you are a fascinating man.
