How to reset Frozen Android Phone - Hard Reset phone TCL - Super Easy

This is brilliant. I tried to follow another video's instructions, with no luck. But this video is much more detailed, & it WORKED!... TYSM!... The key for me was letting go of the volume+power buttons as soon as the LOGO appeared - that way I was able to get the menu. Without doing that, I didn't even see the menu - the phone just turned itself on as usual. :)

Unfortunately a hard factory reset will not delete or remove a Google account (old email). You either have to log in using a Google username and/or password previously set up on the device by you or previous owner (contact previous owner) or contact Google directly and get the Google account sorted out.
