I am going to try to make this but the link for the recipe that you provided said I could only get the actual recipe if I paid to join your website. Great Recipe Nick! I use your "magic" dust on just about everything I cook! In fact, I sprinkled it on some bacon last night for some BLTs. Delicious! Question: Can you use another wine if you don't happen to have any Marsala on hand? I have a sweet dessert wine from NAPA Valley, think that would do as well?
