Nick you're literally my inspiration for running the 800. Last year I was sitting at a 2:10 but shaved off ten seconds in the last two weeks and qualified for state. I watched your 2007 olympic trials video for tips and the race unfolded almost exactly the same! (Like 15 seconds slower but you get the point) that made me go out for cross and now I'm shooting for the 800 school record! Thanks for the awesome content!
