I did this for my qualifying race and destroyed this kid on the home stretch. I later saw him at an ice cream place afterwards and told him he had a good race. Then the same thing happened next year and it was kinda awkward.

As an 8/15 runner the the one time I won a race was when I wasn’t feeling good going into the race so I sat off my teammate in like 5th or 6th and kicked for the finish and literally passed the last guy with like 10m to go

Wish I can be there to witnessed it though. I loved athletics events on any competitions. Yours are my favourite. I am not build for any sports except for playing badminton as I am a fat.....he he lol😇😇😄😄. I did tried rumgum products which is easily available in my country through online shop. In that situation if you wanna win/place you're probably just gonna have to try and stick with the lead pack for as long as possible. If you haven't died out by like the 6th lap then you should just try and gut it out the last 800 and try and outkick in the last 200/100m

100 meters is not a good race to sit and kick on. At least where you’re racing fast. It’s a 100% effort all the way to. The 200 meters does have a little bit of tactics, though it’s still 97-98% full speed at the first 100m. The 400m is very much a strategic race.
