I am not build for any sports except for playing badminton as I am a fat.....he he lol😇😇😄😄. I did tried rumgum products which is easily available in my country through online shop. It taste good and it did perk up my energy while I played badminton. I loved the bubblegum and cinnamon flavour. My friends enjoyed it too. God bless to you and your family👋👋👐👐

In that situation if you wanna win/place you're probably just gonna have to try and stick with the lead pack for as long as possible. If you haven't died out by like the 6th lap then you should just try and gut it out the last 800 and try and outkick in the last 200/100m

100 meters is not a good race to sit and kick on. At least where you’re racing fast. It’s a 100% effort all the way to. The 200 meters does have a little bit of tactics, though it’s still 97-98% full speed at the first 100m. The 400m is very much a strategic race.
