I was absolutely a hater until I rode one the other day. Fell in love in 5 laps. One of if not the best bike I’ve ridden. Super fun, super smooth, handled well, smooth power and instant comfort!

Raha is going to be hitting quarter on his Varg. Evans is whipping upside down. The future is now. Killin it Nick 🤙🏻

The speed thing is something I had never considered, but makes total sense. It's like a bike with gears has built in "markers" in a sense, like audible markers serving the same purpose as brake markers, but in this case, jump markers? I can think of some ways to solve this with tech, but I don't think anyone would want that.

I saw the latest Hyundai Ioniq 5N EV car comes an artificial engine sound you can turn on that revs from 0 to max speed. Having something similar and listening for the pitch might help .

but both bikes have a speedometer ?

Good stuff Nick! 😎👍 Big con for me about this bike if I had one would be trail riding. Not sure if it would last long enough to ride long distances on the MI trails?

I test rode a triumph 250 and a stark later on and man the stark made the triumph so unimpressive compared to it. Super sick power instant comfort suspension was great. Didn’t mind the clutch since I’m not a clutch abuser but it does freak me out to not have a way out of a good ol’ whiskey throttle 😂

Dude, yes, I've been saying, this opens up new track locations. Nobody likes the idea of an "electric only" track with things like they are now, but once electric bikes are making up a larger percent, maybe a fourth of the market, then tracks like that make sense as we shift more and more towards all electric. I really don't know if this sport will go full electric, because it's so rural mindset focused, we might just have small combustion engines forever.

biggest con is price

Not really…almost nobody buys a brand new bike and doesnt do something to it….exhaust, ecu puts you at the same price of the stark, very close. Add gas, oil, air filters, filter oil and they balance out. I leave out suspension, bars, levers, grips, seat covers, pegs because thats something guys will do to every bike for comfort.

I ❤ my Varg! No more gas bikes for me.

what is the Left side cover with a peg you installed for.............and you need to put on a dual rear break set up lever and foot, i put it on mine its the best of both worlds

Is it faster than your 450 ?
@TexRobNC8 ай бұрын
Is that 20lbs wet or dry? I come from streetbikes and they are notorious for quoting dry weight, which is a useless number unless you are transporting crated motorcycles.
@rbmcrew478 ай бұрын
Test rode it , and loved it , but the price tag was to much,, ended up getting a 24 yz450 with 10 hours on it for 75 couldn’t be happier coming from an 18
@rbmcrew478 ай бұрын
That said I love the adjustability of it for going from track to trails so it’s not completely out of question for the coming years since my boys are starting to ride

I feel they are better than gas engines, 1, your not pissing off neighbors, 2 it's deadly quick, 3 it can only get better from here

I would love to have one, but they're too expensive. Also, couldn't you finesse a clutch in the gearbox somehow?
@skigod98 ай бұрын
there is no gear box, its an electric motor it just spins and is connected to the front sprocket.
@kadehardman43168 ай бұрын
Biggest con is that the giant whips lose all their cool factor because instead of a bad ass rev limiter, it sounds like an RC car lol

Love electric...just wish it had the range of gas for my snow bike.
