Trying the overworld is the most fun in my opinion. There are plenty of interesting ways to navigate the map without pressing left. Of course it IS impossible to complete it but doing as little left presses as possible is still fun.

A few things 1. Secrets of Shova Mansion actually is possible, you just need to use the jet run badge. 2. How were you able to beat Wubba Ruins so easily? I mean I did end up beating it on my own run but I needed a combination of the invisibility badge and multiplayer just to get that darn Wonder Flower, and yet you didnt need either, how did you do it?

I used online ghosts. Guess I should have mentioned it though.

There is a way to do it completely alone without outside help and here's how I did it. You're going to need Nabbit with the Grappling Vine Badge, so when you get to the Wonder Flower part, you let the Konk lift you up until it crushes you, but since Nabbit doesn't take KnockBack you have the chance to get your Grappling Vine out near the jelly (To do this you will have to be looking to the left but you can do it by doing a Wall Jump in the wall nearby) The Vine will push you into the jelly just enough to touch the Wonder flower and thus you will eventually clear the level without external help. It sounds a little tricky but try it out.

I have a very strong opinion that the wall-climb jump badge is possible without yoshi. I was doing the same thing you did in my run, and ending up jumping on the turing platform as it was moving. Don't know how i did it.

10:39 hold on just a second, how did you get that wonder flower? it's deep in the goo and the only way to move left through goo is by pushing left. why did you not show this part? edit: i just checked myself, and that wonder flower is absolutely NOT possible to get without pushing left (at least without online). and it's required to beat the stage.

SMW feels like it was made with these challenges in mind. The insane options to customize your movesets with the badges, combined with Nabbit ignoring most damage and Yoshi being able to flutter jump and damage boost, means you always have a ton of options to tackle each level. I wonder, no pun intended, how challenge runners/speedrunners will step it up next
