Nico, have to admit after following you two for ages, I’ve been hooked on your pronunciation of any word containing a T…. You hardly ever pronounce the T and I have to smile. 我是大连人，常驻欧洲。夜生活，大连确实没有欧洲丰富，大连吃的缺乏世界美食，基本只有中日韩三个地方，喝的啤酒就更别提了，我爸妈在大连都喝德国和比利时的啤酒，玩的缺乏文娱项目，比如单口喜剧，演唱会这种，频度和知名度都差一些。而且欧洲很多大城市其实和大连一样安全，比如布拉格。

This must be the old city, I am not from Dalian, but I am almost certain of it. Those Russian-style buildings are old buildings that can only be found in the old town. New developments are often filled with skyscrapers and don't have the cosy feel of the old town. It's very similar to my city. At the beginning of the video, the blogger quickly shows the street view of the area, and while they buy an omelet, you can also see the street view, that is, the life of the old town.

那个不是“鸡蛋灌饼”。真正的鸡蛋灌饼是把半熟的饼子从中间用筷子掏一个洞，然后活生生得“扒”出一个小兜子，再打一个鸡蛋搅好后灌进去，这才是名字叫鸡蛋【灌】饼的原因。视频里那个女做的是一个四不像，做法类似山东煎饼果子。鸡蛋灌饼虽不是大连特色，但是在2000年左右时，在大连很流行，现在可能已经找不到了。那个女的估计是东北过来的吧？（没错，大连人一般不把自己称作东北人）大连人不可能把那个东西叫鸡蛋灌饼。一提到东北人我就忍不住要多嘴了，大连在2000年以前，各地外地人很多的，河南菜馆是河南人开的，尖沙嘴千日贺是广东人做，川菜是四川人做，湖南菜是湖南人做（我以前的邻居就是湖南人）。现在都TM的叫东北人给占领了，全是东北菜。就算有其他的料理店，也TM都是东北风味的外地菜。真TM个样人。
