You should use the vertical board fencing as a backing to the cafe area so that the kitchen furniture isn't just on the edge of the cliff. It also adds a sense of coziness since it's more enclosed. I made a cafe for Tia on my island and it worked out beautifully. Also some custom design wood plank flooring would look amazing.
