To everyone confused as to why her lower face is so stiff - I believe that when she got her rhinoplasty done, she may have also done a lip lift. This is a popular combination of surgery. It isn't botox, as botox isn't administered around the mouth. Lip lifts do cut into your nerves and some people, even after the healing process is completed, retain a permanent stiffness in that area.
