Nic Cage respecting babies for being aliens is the most Nic Cage thing I have ever heard.

I wish she'd been more receptive to his sardonic wit and allowed for more banter because I bet he had plenty of amazing, ridiculous thoughts to share. Raising Arizona is one of my all time favorites and one of his best roles, or my name ain't Nathan Arizona!

That was CREEEEEEPY as all hell at the end. Hands down my favorite Cage performance and one of my all time favorite films. Love this movie!

With only one camera this is how it has to be done. Watch the film "Broadcast News" and there's a scene where William Hurt does this.

The end where she's talking to herself is just standard practice for interviews with only one camera. They edit it all together to look real slick. Daily Show would do this but act really outlandish when asking the questions compared to how they originally asked them.

This lady loves him. She was also the best interviewer of him bc she is genuinely interested and enjoyed his films. I think this gets lost in the comments. I'm also surprised that there aren't more comments on this interview. This was when he was breaking out for the first time (not the last though).
@IIGhost807II3 жыл бұрын
Also, I'm drunk but the end is so weird. Is she recording a dubbed version of the interview in case her audio is weird or is this just a different angles without Nic's audio?

Bobbie doing a bit of acting for this interview of her own. Very strange to not get the genuine interaction and it looks uncomfortable for Nick to sit there while she does this, as Nick now realizes that she has no natural reaction to what he was saying before. It make is look like everything about the business of Hollywood is fake and all about acting.
