Where the fuck did Nicolas Jaar disappear to? I swear, he was the pinnacle of that classy, ambitious, energetic house sound beginning of the last decade. And then he just sort of…fizzled out and had some random side projects that were a kaleidoscope of different unorganized sounds. It wasn’t anything much to pay attention to…. This right here…this sounds much closer to the energetic, sound pushing, forward thinking Jaar that I was first introduced to. That sexy sound that gets you all excited to go out at night and feel adventurous, to wander and get lost in side streets, to meet that girl or boy that has the face that you’ve been always searching for. nick!!!! Come back!!!!

Not unusual for an artist who starts so young and does so much in their early career to need a break to re-discover themselves. I'm really excited for his future work.

I’m definitely a fan of his newer work as well as the old stuff. I still see it as high quality and can tell he is more focused on the concepts behind things.

Jaar never disappeared, your music taste didn't improve my friend. Swear to what you want, in all this years I've made an insane music journey, I grew up as Nicolas did for sure. You weren't ready to explore, I'm pretty sure you're still listening to four tet, nu, Bonobo and basic stuff like that... So don't complain about what he's doing here on KZbin...

He's Experimental Artist! They're all unique and crazy. They keep coming with new sounds and designs. Even David August has been missing. They'll return soon!

are you seriously trying to argue that A.A.L. "wasn't anything much to pay attention to"?

Simon & Garfunkel - Mrs. Robinson kzbin.info/www/bejne/b3SUc3Z3nNplf5o&ab_channel=SimonGarfunkelVEVO Everytime I hear a modern song and it copies an older song, I get sad. Maybe everything has already been written. Still a good one though :D
