Not necessarily. I'm not saying that she's not being heroic as I'm not familiar enough with the situation to say either way. However, having no shame at all in sexuality could be a result of abuse. You know how there's typically two reactions to fear? Fight or flight? Well, dealing with abuse can be similar. In the case of sexual abuse, the victim may avoid being sexual in the future but they could be overly sexual instead. I've seen both extremes with victims I've known who told me of what happened to them. Some would be uncomfortable with sex even with their husband while others would try to "take control" by doing as much as they could with whoever they could. The logic seeming to be "I am taking back control from my abuser.". As with anything else, doing it too much or compulsively can be unhealthy.
