During 2020, when I was working from home, I stopped using all hair products including shampoo and conditioner. My hair looked like crap for a couple months however once my hair got used to the no product it was amazing. Just rinsing my hair every 3 to 4 days has been great. My hair is healthier than it’s been in years

I give my dog the zesty paws immune bites....1 per day, due to scratching/licking/allergies. Since he has been on those, he does not scratch/lick as much.
