Nobody here thinks Nic did it. But I don't know...Nic had been _kidnapped_ by Louisa, betrayed and gaslighted into thinking she had a whole group of online friends she'd been confiding in for weeks, and now Louisa was in Nic's home with a hammer, threatening to harm them and demanding to take Nic's wife's grandson.... We've seen Nic be impulsive, act badly and regret it later...who's to say she didn't "lose it" in a moment of panic or anger?

That new nurse, somethings up with her. I think she's a plant, possibly from the police. She's way too invested in what's going on. Plus in the beginning it seemed like she kept messing up in patient care...
