I just saw Nicole in Sunset Boulevard tonight 12/12/23. I’m so glad my hubby bought great seats before we left for our London vacation. I have seen her from her Pussycat days ( from the reality show of doing auditions to forming the band) I knew her talent and voice were way too BIG for her to be in an all girls’ band,Nicole needs to be a SOLO singer of her own. I was brought to tears tonight to witness her carry a Broadway production show all by herself! The full voice that could hold such high note for the longest time, to dancing with sheer grace and interpretation. She’s like Celine Dion In terms of voice range BUT blessed to have the physical ability to dance too. Those talent plus that beautiful,expressive face ! I hope she gets the accolades and awards that she truly deserves.

I can't blame her. As much as its a brilliant role its probably one of ALW most exhausting roles as she literally has hit after hit, goes into literal moments of madness and without giving anything away her final moments are so mentally draining that it makes anyone feel like they've been on a journey with her.

I saw this recently and she was absolutely fantastic! I do think she dodged the question around performing 7 days a week, and could have had the opportunity to state that Rachel is also great and covering one show a week.

I have no doubt she is fantastic in the role. Certainly with regard to her vocals. And, while I thought she might have been too young to portray Norma Desmond, here, with her tired eyes and Real Housewives of Hollywood-injected lips, shellacked with makeup, she looks every bit the aging star. I still don't like the director's choice to stage the production with such a minimalist aesthetic, but the reviews are overwhelmingly positive and laudatory, so, it must work. Good on all of them.
