I’m scared but it’s very clear that maeve only has eyes for Nicole . Even with Nicoles insecurities . Theo is getting the wrong idea about why maeve is being nice to her. Theo needs some boundaries with eddie’s sister in law and Nicoles wife. I think maeve will help Theo into therapy or with Eddie

Maeve treat the kiss as something not so important, in one side it shows Maeve's priority, but in the other side its so insensitive. It is sooo Maeve, in the past she can 'brutally' honest without considering other. MaeCole is strong, guys. Lets believe in that.

Eddie and Nicole are rightly justified in their anger about the whole situation, but I can also understand Maeve’s perspective and how she’s going about things. Also I do find it kinda problematic how they’re using theo’s sexuality as a tool to villianize her.

I disagree, why would it be problematic? No matter what your sexuality is you don't try to get on with someone who is married, this is not about sexuality its about boundaries and letting people know what you are looking for and as cool as Theo is she doesn't seem to get that.

Livefortoday It’s not really about the action, a lot of people on the show cheat and have cheated it’s a soap so that’s to be expected, but how they keep referencing Theo’s sexuality as the reasoning and insinuating that her sexuality is why she’s sleeping around and wanting to kiss everybody. It does a disservice to pansexual people and relies on the stereotype that bi/pan people just want to get with everyone without having any consequences. So in that sense it is problematic.

@@miraclesamuel22 I think they villainize her polyamory not her pansexuality. But it is still gross. Even Maeve did it at first. I don't know if it is the writers intent to show that even persons that should know better still villainize people who are polyamorous. But yea it is quite crap.

Obviously Theo made a huge mistake and it is not okay that she did it but she instantly apologised to Maeve and promised to back off. Eddie and Nic have every right to be angry with her but I think being nasty is unnecessary... also worries me that it doesn’t do any favours for bi/pan/poly people playing into cheating tropes 😬 otherwise I love a bit of drama lol

I still think meave isn't innocent. Yes Theo shouldn't have kissed her. But meave was flirting with her. Just watch Theo an meave scenes over again. Anyone just regularly over hearing would def think meave was flirting. That's coming from me someone that really likes meave an Nicole together. She has been pushing Nicole away an bringing Theo close. I know Theo was wrong. But meave was too. Nicole asked what were they talking about that made Theo kiss her. If meave told Nicole what she said to Theo I bet Nicole would still be mad but she would also not like the way meave was talking to Theo. So yes meave was wrong too.

Wow, they are getting this worked up over a kiss? I'd hate to see what would happen if someone cheated. Also, being pansexual is not the same thing as being polyamorous. They aren't interchangeable words. Maeve is right, Theo is still trying to figure herself out and kudos to Maeve for still willing to be the support she needs. That is what friends do despite blips!
