I think the cut is dope as hell. However, and I mean NO DISRESPECT at all when I say this: is it just me who isn't a huge fan of the inch or so of short hair at the front (top of his forehead), and then the braids? I think you do that for getting a crispier lineup, but personally I think it would look better if you just had the braids starting at his hairline, or at least less amount of hair being cut off at the front. Just reinstating this is my PERSONAL opinion - I still think the cut is amazing. Good work man!

Maybe it's because of the cuts he had in the past, now barbers cut down the front of your hair to line it up. Which leaves you with short hair at the front and the rest to be long. so I guess to keep the hair even and clean, he has to get the parts that are short cut. I have this problem right now, I hate the fact I have to taper the front but it's not too bad, if I reallly want it proper I can just grow it out, or even cut alll my shit off and start again

Finlay Morrison, if you've have your hair braided before, as I have, cutting down the front helps to not pull out your edges. Take a look at Tamar Braxtons hairline as a result of always pulling the fragile/soft hair around her temples and forehead. You'll see what you're left with.

I got this style as well, I think you should make a do's and don't do's video with how to line up the parts on top knots, Where the longer hair meets the faded sides. I only say this cause the guy in this vid back and front edge up "the tapered part" was a bit jagged as if some of the longer hair that was cut off still should have been left over for the braids for a slightly cleaner look no hate. It's happen to me when I 1st started, I had to reconstruct my line in 360 with new growth. I now have a bigger dip in the back area for a more fuller looking bun with more hair correcting a barber's past mistake. This could be helpful info, so some people out there don't give up and cut it off to start over feel me?
